Job Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing various leasing activities. Your role will include conducting market research, showcasing available units, and facilitating the move-in process for prospective residents.
Your daily tasks will involve updating unit availability, processing rental applications, addressing maintenance requests, and managing collections in line with Red Tail's standards.
This position also requires clerical support, handling phone inquiries, maintaining accurate resident files, and overseeing scheduled move-ins to ensure compliance with Red Tail's quality standards.
You will be expected to resolve resident concerns, conduct move-out inspections, and escalate issues to your Supervisor as necessary. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Supervisor.

The employee will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and communicate verbally. Occasional climbing may be necessary.
Extended periods of working at a computer and speaking on the phone are expected. The ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms is essential, and flexibility to work extended hours and weekends may be required.
Attendance and Availability:
This is a full-time position that may necessitate working evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and participation in company events are expected.

Qualifications:
Computer Proficiency:
Intermediate knowledge of computer systems and the Internet is required, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with software such as Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, and Resident Check is preferred.
Professional Development:
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development through the company's continuing education programs is essential.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ability to read and write fluently in English, perform intermediate mathematical functions, and utilize all on-site resident management software is necessary.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of experience in the service industry is preferred.
