Mortgage Loan Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at NewRez LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other potential referral sources to generate borrower leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business development plan to increase mortgage loan sales
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate borrower leads
• Utilize and manage a network of resources for mortgage loan business development and solicitation
• Perform prequalification assessments and analysis of financial condition and risk of financing requests
• Submit complete loan applications, including all required documents and disclosures
• Assist with and solve issues relating to processing, underwriting, and closing of loans

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
