Interventionist Lead

Classical Charter Schools of America is committed to delivering high-quality educational services to its students. As a result, we are seeking a skilled Interventionist to join our team.

This is a full-time position with benefits, offering a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Instruct students in a small group setting using content materials provided by academic coaches.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
3. Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
5. Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
