We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Old National Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for developing and cultivating long-term client relationships by providing insight, advice, and personalized financial solutions.

• Client Relationship Development
  • Consult with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cross-sell products and services to existing clients and refer them to business partners as needed.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients through proactive touch points.
• Sales and Service Targets
  • Market a range of consumer and small business banking services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all products and services and apply that knowledge to meet client needs.
  • Proactively seek coaching to develop sales and service skills and share knowledge with the team.
• Operations Oversight
  • Proactively resolve customer maintenance and service problems using available resources.
  • Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of banking channels and educate clients on emerging technology and digital solutions.
  • Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

• Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience
  • Minimum one year of relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience.
  • Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered.

• Language Skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
