Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Oncology team at Ascension Providence Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Texas.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
