Role Responsibilities

Our Termite Control Specialists play a vital role in our operations, embodying the essence of our service delivery.

Daily tasks include:

  • Assessing job specifications to ensure they align with work orders
  • Preparing sites for treatment
  • Administering anti-termite treatments in accordance with established schedules, safety protocols, and product instructions
  • Engaging with clients to explain the services rendered
  • Completing documentation to record services performed
Qualifications for Success

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license

While prior experience in the industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. More crucial attributes include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interaction
  • Self-motivation and a robust work ethic
  • Ability to present information effectively to individuals and small groups
  • Attention to detail with a focus on safety
  • Basic mathematical skills for service-related calculations
  • Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces, such as attics and crawl spaces

Due to safety requirements, candidates must be clean-shaven to ensure proper fitting of safety equipment.
