Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to manage our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service, and will be passionate about Asian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, rotas, and stock control
  • Lead the kitchen team, train, and retain staff
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality, and customer service
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service
  • Passionate about Asian cuisine and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
