Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to manage our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service, and will be passionate about Asian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, rotas, and stock control
- Lead the kitchen team, train, and retain staff
- Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality, and customer service
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
- Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service
- Passionate about Asian cuisine and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
