Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Property Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and general reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Property Management team in the execution of administrative tasks, including written and telephone correspondence, filing, and data maintenance.
- Prepare presentations and reports to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- Process invoices and maintain schedules to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Support departmental controlling to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Supervise apprentices in Berlin to provide guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, such as an office clerk or real estate clerk qualification.
- First professional experience in a similar position.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of teamwork and communication abilities.
- Friendly and competent demeanor.
