We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter Journeyman to join our team at Bechtel Corporation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial construction as a journeyman pipefitter
  • Possess basic rigging skills and proficiency in the use of small power tools
  • Able to read and comprehend piping isometric drawings and piping & instrument diagrams
  • 3+ years' experience in the testing and commissioning of piping systems
  • Capable of efficiently planning work and weld joint preparation to meet project codes and standards
  • Proficient in pipe lay-out and threading pipe using a threading machine
  • Able to read and comprehend support details/drawings and assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and work pieces during installation
  • Cleans and performs minor maintenance activities on tools and equipment
  • Must be able to safely traverse uneven terrain with tools and building materials and climb vertical ladders and work from heights as necessary

  • Able to access scaffold
