Responsibilities:
GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will apply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, or repair parts of metal or other weldable materials. They will work from blueprints, engineering sketches, charts, or work orders and lay out and mark points on parts or subassemblies using a rule, square, scribe, or templates. The Welder will position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools. They may inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. The Welder will also participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and technical or vocational training is preferred. OSHA 10 certification is also preferred. Previous welding experience is required, as is the ability to obtain a government security clearance. The Welder must be willing to travel to various work sites, including OCONUS locations, as required.
