Nurse Residency Program Overview

Christus Health is currently accepting applications for our Nurse Residency Program, designed to support recent nursing graduates in their transition into the fast-paced hospital world. This comprehensive program offers a one-year learning experience that organizes and oversees all aspects of your growth, providing you with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver better, safer, and more consistent patient care.

Program Highlights

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
  • Six months to a year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit
