We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Conductor Trainee to join our team at BNSF Railway. As a Conductor Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight trains across our vast rail network.

• Operate and maintain railcars, locomotives, and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient train movement.
• Monitor and report on train conditions, including speed, clearance distance, and potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with other crew members and dispatchers to ensure smooth train operations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• At least 18 years of age and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions.
