PMU/Microblading Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMU/Microblading Artist to join our team at The Lash Lounge Franklin - South. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall culture and reputation of our salon.

• Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring a spa-like experience through the application of our services
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Conduct thorough guest consultations prior to service application, and maintain accurate notes in guest charts for future tracking
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile work environment, as well as contributing to the overall cleanliness of the salon
• Participate in promotional events and provide services during these events to help market the salon and build the brand

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetician license
• Valid State Tattoo License
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable educating guests on products and services offered
• Well organized, detail oriented
• Exhibits sound judgement
• Strong work ethic
• Forms strong working relationships with team
• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others
• Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement
