Arborist Climber Trainee

Bartlett Tree Experts is a leading provider of tree care services, and we're seeking a skilled Arborist Climber Trainee to join our team. As an Arborist Climber Trainee, you'll work alongside our experienced arborists to gain hands-on experience in tree care, including climbing, pruning, rigging, and removals. You'll also learn to properly maintain and operate equipment, implement work zone safety procedures, and assist with driving and backing duties.

As an Arborist Climber Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Learning through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture
• Assisting Arborist Climbers and Arborist Crew Leaders working on the ground and aloft
• Implementing work zone safety procedures
• Assisting with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties

To be successful as an Arborist Climber Trainee, you'll need:

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Interest in working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team
