About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with a focus on Personal Injury law. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling Negligence cases, including but not limited to:
  • Drafting Summons and Complaints (S&C)
  • Preparing Bills of Particulars (BP)
  • Conducting Examinations Before Trial (EBT)
  • Managing Threshold Motions
  • Preparing Summary Judgment Motions (SJM)

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:
  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in technology, especially the Microsoft Office suite
