Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier 2-3 technical support for global enterprise systems, focusing on Active Directory and DNS management.
  • Manage the lifecycle of domain controllers and Windows server assets, including installation, updates, and decommissioning in both physical and virtual settings.
  • Collaborate with international clients and various support tiers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Propose effective technical solutions to intricate challenges.
  • Maintain high system uptime and operational availability.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management, ensuring clear communication of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Create and update Standing Operating Procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Work Schedule: Swing Shift, 3pm-11pm, Tuesday through Saturday (40 hours per week)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in managing and monitoring Active Directory and Windows Domain Controllers, specifically Windows Server versions 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and enterprise-level DNS management.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Possession of a current Top Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with the following skills will be prioritized during the selection process.

Educational Background: A minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; 3 years with a PhD; or a minimum of a high school diploma with 12 years of relevant experience.
