We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Blount County. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from property damage and disasters.

About the Role

The Restoration Technician is responsible for performing production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects. This includes providing quality, consistent, and efficient work to represent the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform restoration and cleaning services to meet customer needs
  • Operate equipment and tools to complete restoration tasks
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Labor-intensive background or experience preferred
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration a plus
  • IICRC certifications a plus
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
