Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician II to join our team at Westdale Asset Management. As a Service Technician II, you will be responsible for completing all aspects of apartment maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs. Your goal will be to ensure that our residents' apartments and appliances are repaired quickly and professionally, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair basic and complex maintenance issues, including HVAC and heating systems, electrical and plumbing, appliances, and other property-related systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, and other staff members to ensure that maintenance needs are met and residents are satisfied.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair history.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week for emergencies.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
