Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading deliveries, as well as picking materials for next day orders
  • Assisting in the receiving and put away of replenishment stock, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Loading delivery trucks to meet delivery schedules and securing product from damage
  • Operating a forklift in a safe manner
  • Delivering orders in a safe and undamaged manner when drivers are out sick or on vacation
  • Communicating with customers via face-to-face interaction, phone, email, or other means to provide best-in-class service
  • Receiving returned product from customers, inspecting for damage, and securing returning product to ensure safe and undamaged return
Requirements
  • Experience with driving a 26' box truck
  • Ability to pass a driving test
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software
  • Experience related to customer service and warehouse operations in a large volume distribution center
