Job Summary:

As a Merchandising and Stocking Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes properly zoning the area, stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise according to company policies and procedures, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Assists fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Sorts and stocks products on shelves and in the backroom
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move throughout the store
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates and members
