This role demands proficiency in interpreting project specifications and blueprints, ensuring that all operations adhere to established standards and regulations.

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections and documentation of powerhouse systems.

• Candidates should possess a journeyman wireman, millwright, or craftsperson certification, or hold a degree in engineering or construction management.
• Ability to work independently and under the guidance of a project manager.

• In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
• Expertise in confined space protocols and crane rigging.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

• A degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, along with relevant experience in powerhouse or substation environments.
• Proficiency in essential software tools and higher-level mathematics.
• Physical capability to perform tasks in outdoor environments and on uneven surfaces.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
