Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Pediatric and Geriatric Tracheotomy Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, including skilled bedside care, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled bedside care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Record patient information, including food and fluid intake, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Collaborate with patients' families to provide continuity of care and educate them on protocols and care procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in their homes.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Alabama (no suspensions or currently on probation).
- At least one year of experience working with tracheotomy and G-tube patients.
- Clean background check.
- TB skin test (or up to date within one year).
- Two forms of identification.
Salary and Benefits:
$17 per hour, paid weekly. BCBS insurance (90 days). Compensation: $17 per hour.
