Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled T-Mobile Product Expert to join our team. This role involves connecting with customers, exploring their needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sell T-Mobile products and services to our current and potential customers.
  • Work closely with your team to achieve sales goals and provide best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Must successfully complete new employee training and consistently seek out information between customers to stay up-to-date on wireless industry standards and technology.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic math skills and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts throughout the week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand long periods of time and knowledge of the wireless industry standards and technology are also required.
