Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Warehouse Order Picker plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center.


Compensation:

Earn between $17.50 and $19 per hour, with the potential for a $0.50 increase after a probationary period, along with additional performance-based incentives.


Work Schedule:

Shifts commence at 6 pm from Sunday through Thursday.


Work Environment:

Our warehouse operates in a temperature range from -10 degrees to 80 degrees. Order Pickers utilize a voice-directed system to accurately select products from various zones, including dry storage, refrigeration, and freezing areas. Completed pallets are securely wrapped before being transferred to the loading area.

This role demands a fast-paced approach and the safe operation of electric pallet jacks. Candidates should be proficient in reading product labels and locating items, which may weigh over 70 lbs. Basic English literacy and fundamental math skills are also required.
