About the Role:
St. Gregory Recovery Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team. As a key member of the healthcare team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures as needed.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of behavioral health.

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa or compact state, where applicable.

One or more years of experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery environment preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
