Job Title: Data Validation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Validation Specialist to contribute to our team's success.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of documents and data through various validation processes.

You will be trained in transmitter testing and quality assurance, and will play a key role in implementing the most current documents for the tax year/season.

This person will be trained in transmitter testing and quality assurance, ensuring the latest documents are implemented, verifying paperwork and calculations, maintaining data entry records, and contacting tax repairs.

You will also conduct document validation in three phases, manage forms and fee calculations, and use tools like Adobe and Word.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Adobe and Word.

Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and a go-getter attitude.

Ability to keep up with the team, be detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions.

Nice to Have

Experience with Litera is a plus, but training will be provided.

Training Period: 2-3 weeks of training will be provided.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
