Job Overview:
The Lakes Country Application Consortium is in search of a dedicated COMPASS Regional Advocate. This role is designed to support educational institutions identified through the Minnesota State Accountability framework.

Role Responsibilities:
As a member of the COMPASS Regional Teams, school advocates play a crucial role in providing assistance to schools, ensuring they meet accountability standards.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, school psychology, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience within a PreK-12 educational environment
  • Possession of a current teaching license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant educational field (such as school administration, curriculum development, or special education)
  • Preferred: Experience in educational leadership or a blend of school and district leadership roles
  • Preferred: Current administrative license
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on a 205-day work year.
