Culinary Artist for Italian Steakhouse

Tomato Bros. is a family-style Italian steakhouse restaurant seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team.

• Possess 1-2 years of prior experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel with a focus on culinary and hospitality service.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of basic kitchen equipment, knife skills, meat, vegetable, and sauce fabrication.
• Show proficiency in adjusting recipes mathematically and interpreting written recipes with precision.
• Exhibit willingness to cross-train into other areas and Happy Day restaurants.

• Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and teamwork abilities.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with colleagues.
• Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
