Position: Cyber Security Analyst

Abacus Technology Corporation is actively seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to enhance security policy management. This role is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure thoroughness and precision in network user account documentation.
  • Oversee and track records of cyber security training.
  • Generate reports detailing cyber security training and certification progress.
  • Assist with the DoD Risk Management Framework and Cybersecurity Inspection initiatives.
  • Monitor adherence to cyber security policies and protocols.
  • Detect and report potential cyber security vulnerabilities.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in information and cyber security is essential. Candidates must possess a Security+ CE certification. Familiarity with ACAS, HBSS, RMF, and Continuous Monitoring Risk Score is required. Strong communication skills to convey cyber security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences are necessary. Ability to produce technical documentation and system design specifications is expected. A solid understanding of DoD and Army Assessment and Authorization requirements and processes is crucial. Knowledge of DISA STIGs and Information Assurance concepts is important. Exceptional customer service skills are a must. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance.

Selected applicants will undergo a U.S. government security investigation.
