Store Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at our Navarre location. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Ring up sales on the cash register accurately and efficiently
  • Perform multi-function operations of fuel consoles, lottery machines, and other equipment
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and proper working order

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds

Working Conditions:

  • Perform approximately 95% of all work indoors
  • Exposure to extreme cold temperatures while performing occasional work in a walk-in cooler and/or freezer
  • Exposure to occasional noise

Physical Functions:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour
