Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in acute care settings
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Utilize proper testing and measurement procedures to inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Current Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • One year of experience in acute care occupational therapy (preferred)
