Assistant Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our retail team at Fiengo Enterprise LLC. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of retail math, and the ability to manage inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and utilizing effective selling techniques.
  • Manage cash handling processes, including operating the cash register and ensuring accurate cash management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with team members to create an inviting environment that enhances customer experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in retail math for effective inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Experience with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory levels.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
