Job Summary:

TherapistJobBoard is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in restoring patients' function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to meet patients' goals and needs.
  • Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Administer manual exercises, instruct, and encourage patients to perform physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • FL Physical Therapy license
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Experience with musculoskeletal conditions, total knee/hip replacement, and back pain
