Closets by Design Charlotte is currently looking for an experienced and organized individual to fill the position of Assistant Installation Manager. This role comes with a salary range of $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year and includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the installation process, ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Support the Installation Manager in leading the installation team and optimizing their performance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high-quality installations.
  • Communication: Liaise with sales and customer service teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise during installations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building and construction – cabinet experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Drivers License and Work Authorization required.
