We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Postdoctoral Therapy Fellow to join our team at the Melrose Center. As a Postdoctoral Therapy Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, individual, family, and group intervention, education, support, counseling, and psychotherapy to patients with eating disorders.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a center of excellence for primary prevention, intervention, education, and research related to eating disorders. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and their families, while also contributing to the development of our treatment programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment to patients with eating disorders
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and be working towards licensure as a psychologist in the state of MN. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
