About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment programs, and providing exceptional patient care and service. You will work collaboratively with our team of internationally-renowned Orthopedic surgeons to pioneer the latest advances in technology and surgical techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and gather relevant information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Establish functional and objective goals based on clinical examination.
  • Develop and implement detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, maintaining friendly and cordial relations with all clients and employees.
  • Cultivate relationships with patients and the community, and provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license.
  • CPR Certified.
