Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Global Finance Systems Architect to lead the development and maintenance of our financial systems globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back-office IT SaaS platforms, including Oracle ERP, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

About MSH:

MSH is a dynamic company that requires innovative solutions to drive business growth. As a Global Finance Systems Architect, you will be responsible for managing and innovating the Order-to-cash business process and back-office systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our financial systems globally
  • Manage and innovate the Order-to-cash business process and back-office systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Work closely with key business leadership to prepare change management documentation prior to release
  • Streamline application support and process for the company and manage SLAs
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an IT leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP
  • 7+ years of product ownership or equivalent management experience
  • 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience or equivalent ERP experience
  • Sound understanding of corporate SaaS product application management and development
  • Deep knowledge and experience with enterprise integration with implementing at least one complex E2E ERP implementation program
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment

Education:

Bachelor's degree in CS or relevant technical field preferred, otherwise relevant field experience required.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
