The Quality Assurance Coordinator for Scheduling is a pivotal role within CNTCTR West East 21st, reporting directly to the Quality Control Supervisor. This position is essential for ensuring that all scheduling interactions meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Availability: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Conduct thorough evaluations of both live and recorded scheduling calls to verify compliance with established quality benchmarks.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or quality control challenges to management promptly.
- Collaborate with management and training personnel to design and implement educational programs aimed at enhancing process efficiency and quality control measures.
- Maintain effective communication across all departments, ensuring a professional and constructive interaction.
- Generate comprehensive reports that reflect performance metrics against quality standards.
- Engage in various projects and meetings, completing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in radiology scheduling.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes.
- Proficient in computer operations with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute, demonstrating accuracy and proficiency.
- Exemplary communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Strong understanding of scheduling systems and protocols.
- Ability to assist patients with scheduling challenges, demonstrating empathy and care.
- Competence in accurately entering and updating appointment information in the scheduling system.
Quality Standards:
- Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions with colleagues, patients, and vendors.
- Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws.

Physical Requirements:
This role may require sitting, standing, walking, and other physical activities, along with clear verbal and written communication skills. The work environment is typically a medical office or call center with a moderate noise level.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $17.50, with final salary determined by various factors including experience and qualifications.
