Job Summary
Serenity Living LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Direct Support Professional. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being in a residential setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily personal tasks, including bathing and dressing
- Complete basic housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, washing dishes, and tidying
- Transport individuals to appointments, social outings, and grocery shopping
- Encourage individuals to participate in social gatherings and engagement in social networks and communities
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Integrity and trustworthiness to ensure clients feel safe and comfortable
- Interpersonal skills and compassion to work with clients and their families
