Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role within the hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the capability to adhere to established cleaning protocols and standards.
- Physical endurance and the ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning and Upkeep:
Maintain and organize guest rooms following established procedures and standards, which include making beds, restocking amenities, and ensuring a tidy appearance.
Promptly report any maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards within guest rooms to the supervisor.Public Area Upkeep:
Ensure cleanliness and order in public spaces, including hallways, the lobby, and other guest areas.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas as necessary.Guest Interaction and Service:
Deliver courteous and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to their requests or inquiries.
Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, contributing positively to the guest experience.Adherence to Standards:
Strictly follow the cleanliness and service standards set by Summit Management Services, adhering to all established procedures and guidelines.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and attention to detail in all assigned areas.Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Light work - exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 40 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Shift Availability:
