Clinical Psychologist

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Assessment Clinician to join our team at the Massachusetts Treatment Center in Bridgewater, MA. As an Assessment Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing essential services to an underserved population by completing comprehensive psychological assessments to aid in the treatment of individuals convicted of sexual offenses.

• Conduct thorough interviews with treatment participants to gather information for assessment reports
• Administer, score, and interpret a variety of psychological assessment measures, including the PAI, STABLE-2007, Static, and PCL-R
• Prepare written reports that interpret findings, conceptualize the evaluee, and provide specific recommendations for treatment
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss assessment results and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct-care services, such as facilitation of therapeutic groups, as needed

• Master's degree in a human service-related field, such as social work, psychology, or mental health counseling
• License-eligible (e.g., LICSW, LMHC) but not required to have independent licensure at the time of hire
• Experience with psychological assessment and report writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging clinical cases
• Strong clinical writing skills and ability to provide clear, concise recommendations for treatment
