Physician Empire is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our team of 50 healthcare providers in Alabama. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 50 healthcare providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
- Oversee clinical operations, including patient care, staff management, and facility management.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, marketing, and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $300,000 base salary.
- $35,000 signing bonus.
- $20,000 collaboration/supervision for up to four nurse practitioners.
- $7,500/year for optional weeknight call rotation.
- $2,500/weekend for optional weekend inpatient rounds with CRNPs.
- $1,000/month per D.O. student for optional teaching stipend, paid directly from D.O. school.
