Occupational Therapist

Sunbelt Staffing is committed to providing top-notch occupational therapy services for schools across the country. As a School Based Occupational Therapist, you will be working with students in grades K-12, providing direct and indirect services tailored to their unique needs.

About the Role:

• Caseload management: You will work closely with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized plans for students requiring occupational therapy services.
• Direct services: Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to address specific skills such as fine motor coordination, visual-spatial skills, and self-regulation strategies.
• Indirect services: Collaborate with teachers to create adaptive lesson plans and provide support to ensure inclusive learning environments.

Requirements:

• A valid California Occupational Therapy License.
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a school setting.

Compensation: We are offering a competitive salary range of $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location: This opportunity is located near Port Costa, CA, within commuting distance to the city.
