Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aaron Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care delivery
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Connecticut
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
