About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Home Infusion Nurse to join our team at National Recruiters. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering immune globulin infusion therapies directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, personalized home infusion nursing care visits and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan.
- Utilize your clinical IV expertise and compassionate care to support patients within their environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners.
- Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- IVIg experience, preferably in the home setting.
- A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are required, with access to a vehicle for business-related travel.
- A clear background check.
