Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, including regular cleaning of tables and replenishing beverage stations.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles throughout the shift.
  • Ensure hygiene standards by sanitizing surfaces, including countertops and glass fixtures.
  • Oversee floor maintenance through daily sweeping, mopping, and operating floor cleaning equipment.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the receiving and stocking of food and supplies during deliveries.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Familiarity with safety protocols for equipment operation and chemical handling.
  2. Proficient in using and maintaining kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and cleaning machines.
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, including chefs and cashiers, to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Detail-oriented in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
