Job Responsibilities and QualificationsAs an MRI Technologist, your primary responsibilities will include operating MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images for medical evaluation. We pride ourselves on our supportive team environment, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for patient care. - Conduct imaging procedures to produce detailed anatomical images as requested by licensed practitioners.
- Utilize professional judgment while performing services, adhering to medical ethics.
- Exhibit proficiency in non-imaging skills across all age demographics.
- Execute imaging procedures efficiently, following established protocols.
- Assist in patient mobility as needed to ensure proper positioning for imaging.
- Perform MRI procedures independently, maintaining workflow without supervision.
Required qualifications include:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology Program.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) is mandatory.
- MRI certification or eligibility for certification.
- Current state licensure as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) is required.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of MRI experience is preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is essential.
