Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Automated Equipment Mechanic to join our Finishing team at Kodak. As a key member of our maintenance and engineering teams, you will provide critical support for equipment in our Finishing manufacturing areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide multi-discipline capability to repair, maintain, install, and improve Finishing processing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Collaborate with other Finishing team members to resolve equipment issues and perform alignment and adjustments as needed.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on a wide variety of Finishing equipment, utilizing hand tools and maintenance shop equipment.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated individual with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Mechanical equipment repair training and/or demonstrated experience.
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical machine drawings.
  • Experience with controls/PLC systems is a plus.
  • Significant walking or mobility required.
  • Excellent safety record, with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out process.
  • Able to work in dark-room conditions if needed.
  • Able to work occasional overtime.
  • Able to work in a standing position for extended periods.
  • Wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Good communication skills for daily interaction with maintenance and operations staff.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance software tools.
  • Able to work a rotational shift schedule (Fireman's schedule).
