Commercial Development and Expansion Expert Opportunity

Vantron Technology Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Development and Expansion Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role:

  1. Leverage CRM, databases, and other Business Intelligence tools to identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Experience in different sales techniques including cold calls, social media, and email outreaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to give engaging presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Business Tools.
  • Understanding and eagerness to continuously improve sales performance metrics.
  • A willingness to learn about new technologies and products in order to be a better brand ambassador to Vantron.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
