Commercial Development and Expansion Expert

Vantron Technology Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Development and Expansion Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
About the Role:
- Leverage CRM, databases, and other Business Intelligence tools to identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in different sales techniques including cold calls, social media, and email outreaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to give engaging presentations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Business Tools.
- Understanding and eagerness to continuously improve sales performance metrics.
- A willingness to learn about new technologies and products in order to be a better brand ambassador to Vantron.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
