Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Marvel Medical Staffing. This is a 13-week contract position with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care and communication
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of Iowa. Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and abilities is preferred.
